35th Annual Canadian Ethnic Media Association Awards for Journalistic Excellence

Call for Submissions

The 35th Annual CEMA Awards will be held June 21st, recognizing National Aboriginal Day. The Canadian Ethnic Media Association annually celebrates Excellence in Journalism with awards in Print, Radio, Television, and Internet. Content of work submitted should clearly relate to and reflect Canada’s multicultural diversity and/or ethnocultural communities.  Aboriginal produced work reflecting Aboriginal cultures and communities is welcomed.

CEMA’s Innovation Award showcases organizations which demonstrate outstanding contributions to diverse, fair and equitable coverage and accurate representation of Canada’s citizenry.

Submissions can be multilingual with translation in English and/or French. Deadline for submission is May 3rd, 2013.
